Our pick for this week goes to Raging Waterfall Megaways, one of the brand new titles from Pragmatic that’s guaranteed to shake off any winter blues. And this studio does have a reputation for resting on its laurels sometimes, so it’s always nice when it puts out a brand new game.
You’ll likely be familiar with many of the features here – this is an all-ways-pays, tumbling Megaways slot at heart – but there are a couple of interesting twists. One is Multi Chance, which helps you out by re-spinning the first reel if the other reels hold a potential win. There are also modifiers that pop up in the free spins, one of which removes the lowest paying symbol till the end of the round. And the cute, summery symbols and sound effects are enough to put a smile on your face.
The only head scratching moment comes when you consider the theme. This slot feels decidedly ocean-based for the most part, rather than in the vein of waterfalls like Niagara, but if you can look past this continuity error, this is a feel-good way to spin the reels this week. It’s Pragmatic so it has a great RTP too.
