New Slots Round Up: 15th November – 28th November 2025

This week’s New Slots Round Up features two weeks’ worth of games. That’s over 15 titles in total, so I’m just going to pick out the most notable releases from the bunch.

When you hear there’s a new Asian-themed slot release, it’s usually not much of a cause for celebration. But when you hear it’s from Hacksaw, your ears might perk up – this studio rarely misses or does anything generic. Such is the case with the low volatility Smoking Dragon, as the artwork is refreshingly different from the usual Asian style. There’s also a nice mechanic included here called Row Cascade. It’s similar to Pragmatic Play’s Powernudge concept, but whereas that happens randomly, Row Cascade happens reliably whenever there’s a win in Smoking Dragon. Basically the bottom row drops off the grid, allowing for more symbols to fall in at the top during the same spin.

Next, we have to mention White Rabbit 2 from Big Time Gaming. The original was one of the first big Megaways slots, putting the format on the map, and it was also the first popular slot to feature bonus buys, something that’s become a part of almost every new slot these days. It used the iconic Alice in Wonderland setting too, of course, with a trippy bonus round with expanding reels. It’s basically a legendary slot, so I was very much looking forward to playing number 2.

The visuals, and many of the features, from the original have been maintained here, although the RTP has dropped to 96.36%. Also, importantly, things now revolve around three jackpots and a Hold & Win-style round with extras. The extras are the characters from Alice in Wonderland, and each one performs a different action on the grid when they land. I’m still not sure how I feel about this new version, to be honest. We have enough Hold & Win games these days, and we probably didn’t need another. Especially not one with such a valuable IP attached – it feels like a bit of a waste. But you should give it a go and see what you think for yourself.

Necromancer’s Gate from Relax Gaming offers a spooky and atmospheric slot where you can win up to 25,000x your wager. Mystery Respins hit randomly and bring 1-16 Skulls onto the 5 x 4 grid, and if they combine with a Ghoul Activator, they can unleash rewards. Then there’s the bonus round AKA Chaos Spins, where a new grid shape emerges – 26 squares where only Skulls can land surround a space in the middle for Ghoul Activators. Again, you’ll be hoping the two combine to make the Skulls pay out. It’s atmospheric, and very Relax Gaming.

Hot Chilli Bells 100 from BGaming is a festive copy of Hot Chilli Bells from earlier this year. If you didn’t play that, we’re talking Hold & Win again, but with a couple of additions. Multipliers attach to random squares as the round starts, giving a bump to wins on those tiles. Also, the number of Bells (they function like Coins) is counted on a meter, and once you reach certain levels you’ll trigger 2x and 3x multipliers across the board.

Bizarre is the latest slot from Nolimit City, and it is certainly weird. The symbols range from a goat/squirrel hybrid creature to an ostrich/banana combination. As for the gameplay, the base game plays out on a 5 x 4 grid with 20 standard paylines, and there’s not a great deal of the usual trademark NLC mechanics, to be honest. The main one in Bizarre is xSplit, cutting up the symbols on certain rows to create more chances for wins.

Landing 3 Scatters (the Brain symbol) triggers the bonus feature called Chimera Spins. In fact, before the bonus round begins proper, the three middle reels spin individually and Wild symbols (these become sticky) or Extra Spin symbols can tee up the possibility for a more favorable bonus round. There’s also the option of playing Coinage, a round featuring mainly Coins that’s a little reminiscent of Le Bandit, but as this feature has to be bought, it feels tacked on.

So while there are some interesting slots this week, we’ve saved the best till last and featured it as the Game of the Week below.

Game of the Week

Laced from Shady Lady is a stoner’s dream slot. It takes many elements from that hazy subculture and rolls them up (pun intended) into a high grade title that experienced slot players will likely love.

The visuals and animations look amazing, the music sounds great, and there are massive doses of both clever and silly humor throughout. And one of my favorite things in slots is when a studio takes a concept from the theme and artfully weaves it into the mechanics, and we have that in Laced.

It’s an all ways pays slot on a 6 x 5 grid, but much of the grid will be Buds at the start of each spin. To remove these from the grid you’ll need to land a Lighter to burn them up, and when you do so, each will reveal the same new symbol, often leading to new paylines.

Then, some Buds are Laced Buds, meaning that when you burn them, you’ll get something special. Purple Buds bring in Purple Elephants that carry smaller multipliers, and Golden Buds bring in Golden Elephants, which are 2 x 2 in size and bearers of potentially bigger multipliers. Elephants act as Wilds once they land, by the way. Also, landing 3 Scatters triggers the bonus game, where more Laced Buds than usual appear.

The RTP is 96.12% and the max win is 20,000x. It’s one of those slots that doesn’t take long to understand and it just works, providing an immersive and fun theme at the same time. Another hit from Shady Lady in my book, and, as is typical of this studio, there are myriad bonus buy options.

Make sure to give this colorful slot a go below, and let’s hope it’s the gateway to some massive wins if you try it out at a sweeps casino!
