It’s another 4-slot week as we close out February, and 4 is the kind of number where you can probably find time to try out each one. But let us tell you our first impressions because they might help you narrow things down if you’re short on time.
Tiger Shrine from Relax Gaming reminds us of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book, and it’s our Game of the Week, so we feature it in more detail below.
Dead, Dead or Deader is the new slot from Nolimit City, and we’ve written a full review for it on its own page. It’s a little more subtle compared to Nolimit’s usual output, but still an excellent spin. We expect no less from this studio who are doing great things at the moment.

Cluster pays slot, Book of Monsters is pretty fun, with its cartoonish, bouncy visuals and music. Tiger Shrine is set in the jungles of – we’re going to assume – India. That’s because its symbols feature animals like monkeys, pangolins, snakes, and the titular tiger, which is the highest-value symbol here.
The base game is standard, with an all ways pays game on a 6 x 4 grid, but things heat up in the bonus round where gold coins come into play. You must also select one of the below 3 features, and each gives you a very different rhythm:
- Reel Expansion: Collecting coins expands the reels vertically, increasing them up to a maximum level of a Megaways slot.
- Symbol Upgrade: Collecting coins upgrades the lesser value animals into the tiger symbol, à la Pink Elephants.
- Multiplier Upgrade: Collecting coins raises the potential values of each Multiplier Wild.
On their own, the mechanics are nothing we haven’t seen before, but when these possibilities are all present in one bonus feature (and we do like an element of choice), it can make for an exciting game.
