This week’s slot releases are wild, literally. Roaming wild multipliers have infiltrated the round up, popping up in three separate titles!
Dead Man’s Drop from Slotmill is one of these. As usual from this studio, the visuals are looking superb, and the gameplay is apt to trigger exciting chain reactions, up to 20,000x wins. It’s a murky pirate-themed slot, but the frequent cluster wins and roaming wilds light up the screen often.
Next we have Bill & Coin 2: Mummy Mischief by Relax Gaming, which is a sequel to Bill & Coin from last year. There are quite a few upgrades, and a lot to wrap your head around in general. Multiplier coins are at the heart of the action, and when they reach the bottom row, they come into effect, getting multiplied against your bet size. Then in the Bonus round you get a choice of three special features (Sticky Coins, Multiplier Ladder, Book Bonus), while the Super Bonus combines them all for you!
Seamen from Nolimit City is full of blatant innuendos, and you might be able to guess the type of joke at play here from the title – so this game won’t be for everyone. As for the gameplay, it revolves around growing square-specific multipliers; whenever a win lands on a square, the square respins and a multiplier is applied. You can also land random Fire Frames which work in a similar way. It’s rapid fire, high volatility fun with the chance for up to 20,000x wins.
Fire Stampede 2: Linked Awards from Wild Streak Gaming is a sequel to Fire Stampede, and there’s not much that’s changed in all honesty. It is a solid enough game with the Connect & Collect symbols extending across the grid to trigger special mechanics. It might remind you of the type of slot popular in US land-based casinos, but did we really need this second iteration?

Dig It is one of the most unique-looking games in recent memory – creative visuals are something that Peter & Sons seems to excel at. This is another slot with the roaming multiplier wild feature plus cluster wins, and with a guaranteed wild on each spin, there’s usually some action to be had. In fact, the hit frequency is measured at 26.42%, keeping you glued to the screen.
Big Coin Bonanza from Reel Kingdom and Pragmatic Play really makes you realize that this partnership only seems to have one mode. It’s the duo famous for the Big Bass series, and here we have essentially the same game now dressed up in a fruit machine theme. To be specific, we have the dual meter in the bonus round à la Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe. I’m sure it’ll be a hit with a certain section of slots fans but it feels uninspired.
Gold Portals is another Pragmatic release and a follow-up to Fire Portals from 2024. Like Fire Stampede 2, it’s a solid enough game but doesn’t break new ground. Once again, we’ve got roaming multiplier wilds, and these symbols drift across the reels and can combine multiplicatively. It’s actually quite enchanting to watch and fits nicely with the mystical theme. Wins can escalate quickly, and who doesn’t enjoy that? Fire Portals had a 20,000x max win, but this one doubles it. Maybe it’s worth a play after all.
Infinity Pull is not a slot – more of a card collecting game centered around the Japanese anime waifu concept. Maybe it’ll be up your street? Thanks BGaming, I guess…
And we finish with Aura God from Relax, which is not the strongest title this week, but the way its Mystery Frames can be triggered reminds me of Pirate Bonanza and the Cannons/Bombs idea. Aura God looks great, with plenty of animations – maybe too many – and there are better slots to spend your time with this week.
Then, Holy Hand Grenade 2 Dream Drop is our Game of the Week, so read on for that.

Game of the Week
Print Studios (partnering with Relax) is releasing some excellent titles lately, like Uncle Profit back in June. Holy Hand Grenade 2 Dream Drop continues the trend, coming as a sequel to Holy Hand Grenade from 2023.
The sense of humor will likely remind you of Nolimit City but without quite so much edge. I mean, the original Holy Hand Grenade joke is from Monty Python, right? There’s definitely an air of that silly type of humor here. Again, like NLC, there are myriad features in this slot, but each serves a purpose and adds a new dimension.
Set in some kind of medieval village, you’ll be looking to score on traditional paylines on the 5 x 5 grid. But the real fun begins with SuperSpinners, which are positioned in-between reels, and when a winning payline crosses them, you’ll benefit from the multiplier (if there is one).
Then we have the titular Holy Hand Grenade, which, when it lands, explodes and adds matching symbols into a few adjacent squares, possibly triggering a win.

Then in the Bonus round (which can be bought into for 125x your wager), Holy Hand Grenades play even more of a role. If you land one here, not only do you retrigger more free spins, but the square becomes highlighted. Then, if that square is involved in another HHG explosion during the round, you’ll receive one more HHG. It’s self-perpetuating and can lead to some big clusters and wins.
The Dream Drop special feature also needs a mention. It involves a bishop lobbing HHGs into a house, gradually revealing goat jackpots. It’s as crazy as it sounds, and there’s plenty of interaction as you have to hit the button to throw the grenade yourself.
The volatility is very high in Holy Hand Grenade 2, and some of the RTPs in the various features here are a little low (around 93%), but the max win is 30,000x, and you’ll likely be having so much fun you won’t be thinking about stats anyway. Try it out below!
